1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Isla Hotel. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Isla Hotel ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Reservations and Bookings
2.1 Booking Process
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Isla Hotel. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. This includes guest names, contact information, payment details, and special requests.
2.3 Minimum Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check in to the hotel. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
2.4 Room Allocation
While we make every effort to accommodate specific room requests, room assignments are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Room Rates
All room rates are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Rates include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for extra services, amenities, or guest capacity.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
3.3 Deposit and Pre-Payment
Depending on the rate plan selected, a deposit or full pre-payment may be required at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
3.4 Additional Charges
You are responsible for all charges incurred during your stay, including room service, minibar, spa services, parking, and any damages to hotel property. These charges will be billed to the credit card on file or settled upon checkout.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
4.1 Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the first night's room rate plus taxes.
4.2 Non-Refundable Rates
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable and non-changeable. These restrictions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
4.3 No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation ("no-show") will result in a charge for the full stay as originally booked.
4.4 Early Departure
Early departure from the hotel may result in an early departure fee equivalent to one night's room rate. Please notify the front desk as soon as possible if you need to modify your stay.
4.5 Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), we may need to cancel or modify your reservation. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or provide an appropriate refund.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
5.1 Check-In Time
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you require early check-in.

Valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card in the guest's name are required at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone unable to provide proper identification.
6. Guest Conduct and Hotel Policies
